Weston, FL – So here is the 10 minute full body workout that you can do anywhere and burn fat, build lean muscle and get energized!

10 Minute Anywhere Workout
1. Start the kitchen timer or stopwatch

2. Multi-Directional Lunge 2 reps Forward, Side, Reverse (12 total reps)
3. Twisting Push-ups (10 reps)
4. Squat-Curl-Twisting Overhead Press (10 reps)
5. Bent over alternating Rows (10 reps)
6. Repeat until you complete 10 minutes. Rest as briefly as possible.
